Sumonrat Supkeit, a senior nursing student, was among the prestigious winners of the \u201cAmbassadors for a Day Contest\u201d<\/span><\/strong> recently launched by a group of 11 embassies in Thailand with female ambassadors and 6 International or UN related Organizations to mark International Woman\u2019s Day.<\/p>

To celebrate the \u201cInternational Woman\u2019s Day\u201d which falls on the 8th<\/sup> of March 2021, the contested project invites contestants aged 18 to 25 to upload a three-minute-long video in the social media platform in languages like French, Spanish, German, English, Italian, Norwegian, Dutch, Portuguese, and Hindi describing a social issue affecting women or girls in their communities and explain what they have done or would like to do to improve the situations. Contestants are judged based on how they describe their social issue, presentation and fluency in chosen languages.<\/p>
