History
“The First International Nursing Program in Thailand”
Our story began in 1985, under the visionary leadership of Rev. Bro. Dr. Prathip Martin Komolmas, who saw the need to establish a faculty that would blend scientific excellence with compassionate care — a vision rooted deeply in the spirit of education and service. His dream became reality when the Faculty of Nursing Science was officially established in 1988, under the pioneering guidance of A. Sirianan Chutateme, our founding Dean. Her dedication and leadership laid a strong foundation upon which generations have built.
Throughout the years, this foundation has been strengthened and enriched by the wisdom and commitment of our succeeding deans, each bringing their own unique vision, passion, and contribution to the growth of our Faculty. Over the past decades, our Faculty has become a symbol of excellence in nursing education, leadership, and service to society. We have prepared nurses who not only possess clinical competence but also carry with them the values of compassion, ethics and respect for human dignity — nurses who touch lives, heal communities, and bring light to those in need.
