BLNS Volunteer Spirit for Community 2023

The BLNS Volunteer Spirit for Community 2023 was organized by the Nursing Student Committee under the supervision of A.Napaswan Namboonsri. Moreover, this activity was integrated into teaching and learning subject NS 3429 Community Nursing Practicum of the third year nursing student which supervised by Asst.Prof.Dr.Siriporn Poonruksa, Dr.Chavalee Boonto, A.Napaswan Namboonsri, and A.Piyarat Pholpong.

The event was conducted two times. The first time was on 22 February 2024, at Ban Tub Chang Lang Fang Thon, Pravet district, Bangkok. Around 100 participants joined this activity. The activities were emphasized on promoting health which include 1. Health education on Smoking cessation 2. Health education on self-breast examination and 3. Health education on preventing non-communicable diseases.

The second time was on 27 February 2024 at Klong Kaja School, Bangkok. There were around 100 students participating in the activities. It was emphasized on promoting health which include 1. Health education on Smoking cessation 2. Health education on brushing teeth and hand washing 3. Visual abnormalities prevention and 4. Lice elimination.
