BLNS’ Covid-19 Health Education Provision to Students

The Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science (BLNS) at Assumption University of Thailand (AU) continues its commitment to provide academic service to the community.

After a community assessment near the Manarotul–Uloom Foundation, it is found that people need to know about how to prevent themselves from Covid-19. There has been the rapid recurrence of Covid-19 globally.   

The faculty members of BLNS including Dr. Pimsiri Bhusiri, Dr. Chavalee Boonto, Dr. Prapawan Praevanich, and Dr. Naree Achwarin conducted a health education session for 30 students at this foundation, equipping them with essential knowledge on Covid-19 prevention and management. This event was organized on May 31, 2025.

The session covered current statistical situation of Covid -19, causes, signs & symptoms, diagnostic test, management and prevention of this disease.

Through initiatives like this, BLNS reinforces its mission to provide impactful, community-driven education that saves lives of people in the community and society.
