On Thursday, August 13, 2026, the Faculty of Nursing Science at Assumption University, Hua Mak Campus, hosted an engaging academic field trip and interactive workshop for visiting students, the event welcomed a delegation from Assumption College Sriracha, comprising 90 Grade 9 students and 5 supervising teachers.

The day’s activities commenced with a warm welcome from Asst. Prof. Dr. Onouma Thummapol, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Science, who set an encouraging tone for the young attendees exploring their future academic paths.

To provide a clear and impactful picture of the nursing profession, the Faculty’s lecturers, the Student Development committee, and nursing student volunteers organized an immersive role-play activity. The highlight was a simulated accident scenario designed to demonstrate the critical, real-life responsibilities of nurses during emergencies.

By showcasing evidence-based practices and quick decision-making in a realistic setting, the simulation aimed to inspire and ignite a passion among students who are interested in pursuing careers within the healthcare system.
