Faculty of Nursing Science Welcomes Delegates from University of Stavanger and NMS Thailand
On September 23, 2025, the Faculty of Nursing Science, Assumption University of Thailand (AU) had the great honor of welcoming distinguished executives from the University of Stavanger, Norway, together with representatives from the Norwegian Missionary Society (NMS) Thailand.
The visit was part of an academic study tour aimed at learning about the faculty’s educational programs, teaching innovations, and leading clinical training sites. The delegation was warmly received by the administrators and faculty members, who proudly showcased the school’s strong commitment to academic excellence and professional nursing education.
In addition to the study visit, the two institutions engaged in meaningful dialogue, focusing on the potential for future collaboration in education. This exchange of perspectives underscored the shared vision of promoting international cooperation and fostering opportunities that benefit students, faculty, and the wider nursing profession.
The occasion was further graced by the presence of Rev. Bro. Dr. Sirichai Fonseka, President of Assumption University, who extended a heartfelt welcome to the visiting team.
